At time of inspection, observed grease accumulation on the sides of the fryers. Also observed accumulation on/around the handles of the walk-in cooler. Thoroughly clean, and clean often enough to prevent accumulation.

At time of inspection, observed a container of wings at the grill uncovered (during a slow period, when wings were not actively being pulled). COS: PIC replaced the lid on the container. PIC states he will remind staff to keep the wings covered, when container is not actively in-use.
