Observed the PIC left in charge could not provide the employee health policy. Facility has a key drop policy but do not have the agreement on site. C/A Reporting Responsibilities. Food employees and conditional employees are informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report in accordance with the Chapter, to the person in charge, information about their health and activities as they relate to diseases that are transmissible through food;Pf The business entity providing key drop deliveries to the establishment shall certify in writing to the establishment that the products delivered will be under its control throughout the delivery process to the establishment, and that all products will be delivered to the establishment during the key drop delivery hours pursuant to the secured access arrangement set by the food service establishment complies with paragraphs 4, 5 and 6 of this subsection. The food service establishment must maintain written documentation (contractual agreement) from the business entity providing key drop deliveries which certifies that the products delivered are checked to ensure that they are within the appropriate temperature ranges (i.e. 41 deg. F or below for TCS foods except for eggs, shellfish, and milk which can be received at 45 deg. F and frozen foods must be frozen) and at least two temperatures will be documented on a log (with product delivered and temperature) or invoice. COS EHS left a copy of the employee policy with PIC and ema.
