Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.Observed build-up of food debris, dust or dirt on exterior nonfood-contact surface of all equipment and observed grease accumulated under cooking equipment and ventilation filters. PIC was advised to create a frequent cleaning schedule to avoid accumulation and send pictures to inspector via email by 3/11/26.
