The facility does not have a designated vegetable sink. During the plan review process, the Person in Charge (PIC) stated that all fruits and vegetables would be purchased pre-cut and pre-washed. However, whole peppers and whole strawberries were observed during the inspection. COS- The PIC voluntarily discarded these items. Should unwashed or whole fruits and vegetables be observed again at this facility, a vegetable sink will be required.
