Observed multiple TCS foods (raw chicken 51F, cooked chicken 45F, cut lettuce 43F) cold holding above 41F located in the the two preptop coolers nearest to the cooking area in the main kitchen. Observed ambient preptop cooler temperatures of 44F and 43F. COS: TCS foods were moved to the walk-in-cooler. Discussed with PIC to monitor temperature in these two units, or have them repaired as this was a repeat violation.
