Maintenance called to site for repair* Options to COS if occurs again -today dip utensils in 3 comp sink sanitizer Quat for time and temperature specified by manufacturer. After those are dipped, staff can switch to single service utensils. Maintenance corrected problem (wire loose in electric panel box to booster heater) and dish machine to 169*F at dish. Using dish machine now.
