Inspector observed small child cut arm on a broken shard of glass (location: dining area at curved portion of the display case). NOTE: Inspector did not observe any obvious broken equipment. PIC stated the display case window panel broke early January 2025 and was replaced. Corrective Action: All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. COS PIC discarded all food in display case and disinfected the area.
