Observed raw bacon stored over raw and pasteurized egg products in the walk-in cooler for meats in the main kitchen area. Observed raw eggs stored over cut melon in the walk-in cooler for produce and dairy products in the main kitchen area. Corrected on site - Raw bacon and raw eggs moved to areas of their respective coolers where there was no potential for contamination. Food shall be protected from cross contamination by separating types of raw animal foods from each other such as beef, fish, lamb, pork, and poultry during storage, preparation, holding, and display by using separate equipment for each type or, arranging each type of food in equipment so that cross contamination of one type with another is prevented.
