Employees shall remove single use gloves and wash hands when switching between tasks such as going from raw animal foods to ready to eat foods. Observed employee moving from placing raw beef burger patties onto to the grill to going to scoop french fries for orders without changing gloves or washing hands. Employee was stopped reeducated and washed hands.
