Observed multiple Temperature Controlled foods for Safety ( TCS) that were being held at a temperature above 41° F for more than four hours in the bottom of the low boy cooler across from the ice machine. ( See Temp Chart Below)***SECOND CONSECUTIVE VIOLATION OF THE CODE PROVISION***.
