Observed two customers come into the kitchen (hot line/food preparation area) three times. Each time I approached the General Manager and the District Manager regarding the customers behind the counter grabbing coffee and condiments. The managers stated that it is not their policy to allow customers in the food preparation area. The general manager stated that both customers are regulars and have been coming to the facility for 30 plus years. I advised that customers are not allowed in the food preparation, food storage, or ware washing areas. A warning notice was reviewed and signed by the manager. Facility must install visible signage so customers will see that they are not allowed in the kitchen. A corrective action plan and pictures showing the signage posted must be emailed to sabrina.young@dph.ga.gov by tomorrow 11/13/25 by 12 noon. (b) Authorized Personnel Access.
