Corrective Action (CA): Person in Charge (PIC) instructed to ensure chlorine concentration in dish machine is maintained at 50-100 ppm. PIC rebooted sanitizer controller and machine sanitizer concentration was 100ppm. Advised PIC to have employee check concentration with test strips throughout shift if problem is ongoing and to get regular maintenance. COS. REPEAT.
