Observed diced tomatoes, sliced tomatoes, and shredded cheese stored above 41F in prep top cooler. Corrected on site by discarding. Facility will use ice in the prep top cooler until it is repaired. Salad prep cooler should not be used for TCS foods until it is repaired. EH will follow-up on Monday 9/14.

Observed items in prep cooler next to grill held above 41F. Observed seafood batter stored on ice bath on prep cooler above 41F. Ice was completely melted.Ice was replaced and temperature decreased.
