Observed raw chicken in the reach in cooler drawers under the grill in the kitchen being cold held above 41 degrees. The unit had been unplugged to clean the night before and just plugged it in this morning. The chicken had only been in the cooler for 30 mins. COS: PIC placed the chicken in the walk in cooler to cool back down.
