-Observed green beans green beans hot holding in the steam well across from the heat lamp warmer of the kitchen not at 135F or greater. Green Beans were around 129F/130F. -Observed Mac & Cheese hot holding in the steam well across from the heat lamp water of the kitchen not hot holding at 135F or greater. Mac and Cheese was around 130F. Ambient water of steam well was round 144F.

Corn on the cobs ranged from 114F-129F. -Observed green beans hot holding in the steam well of the cook/fry area of the kitchen near the reach in freezer not hot holding at 135F or above. Green beans were around 123F. -Observed green beans hot holding in the open warming cabinet in the rear kitchen near the office not hot holding at 135F or above. Green Beans were around 114F. *COS, All out of food items were discarded upon request by PIC. New food items were reheated to replace out of temperature food items.
