Sanitizing agent for warewashing machine refilled with non-sanitizing agent. Machine was not reading proper sanitation level upon first inspection. Agent replaced with correct sanitizer and EH observed correct level of chlorine sanitizer at 50ppm.

Was able to troubleshoot the issue and find the proper solution for the line to reach 200ppm chlorine. Use chlorine test strips more regularly, especially after a solution change, to confirm it is the correct one. Thermometer on reach in cooler is not operational, schedule a technician to repair.
