At time of inspection, the sanitizer container is empty at the 3-compartment sink (also tested sanitizer concentration in the water in the sanitize compartment of sink and no sanitizer registered. COS: PIC drained and rinsed the sink. Instructed PIC to use bleach water as sanitizer, until the sanitizer replacement arrives. PIC states an order has been placed and the QUAT sanitizer is expected to arrive on Monday. I provided PIC with several pieces of chlorine test papers to use, to ensure that the bleach solution is at the proper concentration. PIC also took a picture of the color chart, to know what color to look for on the strips.
