Observed heavily soiled wiping cloths stored below daiquiri mix machines in storage room. Observed wet wiping cloth stored on bottom shelf of reach-in cooler below bloody mix and other bottles. RCA: Wiping cloths shall only be used for wiping and stored in sanitizer water when wet. Recommend replacing back towels with drip trays or shelf liner that is wiped daily to prevent accumulation of bacteria within wiping cloths.
