Observed TCS food items held in grill prep merchandise cooler measuring above 41 degrees F. COS: PIC relocated to walk in cooler. Must take unit out of service for TCS food items and purchase new commercial reach in cooler. Also observed a residential fridge in main kitchen measuring above 41 degrees F and TCS items inside measuring above 41 degrees F. PIC also relocated these items to walk in cooler. Must purchase and replace commercial reach in cooler (not residential or merchandise cooler. Must submit manufacturer specification sheet to health authority. Residential reach in cooler must be taken out of service for TCS food items.
