Observed a large container of raw catfish over ready to eat cooked shrimp. Observed one large container of cooked shrimp on shelf with raw fish, shrimp, and chicken. Can not store raw catfish over ready to eat shrimp. COS: PIC removed cooked shrimp. Put on shelf with other ready to eat foods.

No person in charge was present. I ask several time who is in charge and employee said no manager or PIC is present. COS: After a time, a man showed up and let me in and said he was the manager. Stated he had just gotten back. I explained to him that there has to be a person in charge when he is not present.
