Observed employee in kitchen at stove pick up several tortillas without gloves (bare hands) and wrap them in tinfoil to serve. Observed employee get cut lettuce and put it without gloves (bare hands) on a plate to be served. I had an employee explain to him what the issue was and to also discard the food. COS: Employee washed his hands before putting gloves on.
