Observed multiple cooked items without date labels. Cooked chicken, cooked rice, baked potatoes in reach in cooler below prep and cooked chicken wings in 2nd RIC below prep. COS: PIC discarded undated items that could not have prep date verified. Rule: Cold held TCS items prepped or opened in facility must be date marked and discarded within 7 days. Day one is the prep day.
