Observed an accumulation of mold along multiple soda fountain dispensers located in the facility's buffet serving area; consulted with PIC on ensuring a cleaning frequency that adheres to the Georgia Food Code is properly implemented within the establishment; consulted with PIC on ensuring all staff is trained on procedures/protocols relating to properly cleaning and sanitizing equipment within the facility; PIC instructed a staff member to wash and sanitize the equipment in question.
