PIC advised that she received a quote to fix the cooler during the previous inspection, but it was too expensive. As a result, the cooler must be replaced by 8/10/2026. PIC advised that the cooler would use time as a public health control for rice only and place TCS foods and vegetables in the reach in cooler during the non peak time until the cooler is replaced.
