Observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. All food items were held in the lowboy cooler directly underneath the grill. The cooler had an ambient air temperature of 50F. All food items must be discarded. No food should be kept in the lowboy cooler until the unit is repaired. Please send a copy of the completed service report on the lowboy cooler stated what the issue is and how it was repaired to sabrina.young@dph.ga.gov by 8/6/25.
