Observed a metal tea pitcher full of sugar sitting on the counter uncovered and watched an employee open a package of fried shrimp to cook and breader from the shrimp fell into the container of sugar. Food shall be protected from overhead contamination.

Equipment shall be free of accumulations and food debris and clean to sight and touch.
