PIC moved vape and charger to office area away from food prep areas. - Observed car seat on dry storage shelf in dry storage area beside juice boxes. COS, PIC moved car seat to office area. Corrective action: Do not store employee personal belongings on or near food prep surfaces in kitchen or front service area. Personal belongings should be kept in the office area in establishment or other designated area.
