Corrective action (CA): All TCS foods must be held at 41F or below when in cold holding. TCS food determined to be out of temperature (cut tomato, queso, guacamole, pork) in 2-door RIC were discarded by person in charge (PIC). TCS foods determined to be within temperature for cold holding (<41F) were moved to walk-in cooler (WIC). PIC advised not to hold TCS items in kitchen 2-door RIC until serviced.
