Observed in the main kitchen's RIC raw bacon stored above a container of cooked beans, and multiple containers of raw beef and raw chicken stored above a crate of fresh produce. TCS foods shall be stored according to final internal cook temperature. COS: PIC rearranged RIC for proper storage hierarchy.
