Access to hand sink blocked by a Home Depot jug and containers of lemonade stacked on top. Once water switch was turned on, the pump and water heater were not turning on. After a few tired, water pump turned on but when facuents turned on a severe leak came from water heater. COS: Items removed from hand sink and jug/lemonade relocated. An alternative/temporary hand wash station with a spout, catch bucket, soap and paper towels supplied. PIC attempted to heat water but it was added to too much ice and not able to reach or maintain 85F. Discussed heating up more water. Repair/replace water heater and water pump.
