Observed scored, stained cutting boards in use at the preptop cooler and stored in the rear of the facility near the warewashing sink. Corrective action - PIC reported that new cutting boards were being purchased for the establishment. 511-6-1.05(2)(c) - Multiuse Food-Contact Surfaces (Pf) (c) Multiuse Food-Contact Surfaces. 1.
