Observed handwashing sink in ware washing area not operational. CFSM showed me a leak. No paper towels present at handwashing sink. Corrective action: CFSM was notified; handwashing sink leak to be fixed and paper towels stocked. Will perform follow-up on 01/27/2025. Performed informal follow-up on 02/20/2025. Back handwashing sink is operational.

Discussed if the remodel does not take place for several more months, the store is to buy a new rack or purchase hard plastic liners.
