Observed that there were no thermometers inside the walk-in cooler or walk-in freezer. PIC (Heidi Ross) stated they were in the WIC and WIF, but had been knocked off. She found 2 thermometers in office drawer and put them in the WIC and WIF at time of inspection.

Informed her that she needs to renew certification or at least be enrolled in a course within next 90 days.
