As seen in photos, there are several areas of the food-service facility in need of a very thourough deep cleaning. Food-contact and nonfood-contact areas. Also, with food being stored uncovered and not protected from possible contamination.

Observed food debris and accumulations inside 2 of the microwave ovens. PIC (Ebonee Hopkins) stated there is a cleaning schedule each night but evidently these did not get cleaned. They will be cleaned today. Food-contact surfaces shall be cleaned and sanitized daily and clean to sight and touch.
